These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dinero con Glensy website, content, digital products, and coaching services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Dinero con Glensy ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, submitting a form, purchasing a digital product, or booking a coaching session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Dinero con Glensy provides financial education and personal money coaching based on the founder's personal and professional experience. Our Services may include educational content, downloadable guides and templates, digital courses, and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on topics such as budgeting, saving, debt payoff habits, and preparing for major financial goals.
We do not offer loans, credit repair, debt consolidation, or debt settlement services, and we do not act as a lender, credit repair organization, or financial institution of any kind.
Glensy Brizuela is not a registered investment advisor, licensed financial planner, accountant, or attorney. All content and coaching provided through Dinero con Glensy is educational and informational in nature, based on personal experience, and is not a substitute for personalized advice from a licensed investment advisor, accountant, tax professional, or attorney.
We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, result, or performance. Your results will depend on your own individual circumstances, decisions, and actions.
Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
When you book a coaching session or purchase a digital product, we will provide details on scheduling, delivery, and any applicable pricing at the time of purchase or booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales of digital products and coaching sessions are final. Any refund, rescheduling, or cancellation policy that applies to a specific offer will be communicated to you separately at the point of purchase or booking.
All content on our website and in our digital products — including text, graphics, templates, videos, and coaching materials — is owned by Dinero con Glensy or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Dinero con Glensy offers educational and coaching-related text messaging programs to individuals who opt in through our website forms. By opting in, you may receive: (1) marketing messages, including promotions, digital product announcements, and coaching offers; and/or (2) non-marketing messages, including appointment reminders, coaching session confirmations, and account or service updates, depending on which checkbox(es) you selected.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the program(s) you opted into (up to approximately 4 messages/month for marketing; transactional messages sent as needed for scheduled services).
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by resubmitting the opt-in form.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
